Thinking about boarding your pets?
Download our Boarding Sign In Sheet right here from our site! (Under Clinic Info, then Clinic Forms) Print this out and bring it in already filled out for a speedier check-in!
While you pet is boarding, please remember they miss you!! Feel free to bring any bedding, toys, treats, etc that will make your companion feel more at ease during their stay. But please remember to Print your Pets name on all items brought in because this helps cut down on lost and found items.
If your pet is on medication or a prescription diet, please bring these items with you. Medications, as well as Hills Science Diet Prescription Foods can be refilled in our office during your pet's stay in the event it is left behind. Just let our receptionists know if you will be needing to purchase these items before you leave the check-in counter.
Don't forget to book the BATH! Ask our receptionists to book your pet for a bath on the day they come home so they arrive fresh, clean, and smelling good!
(Please note that Munford Animal Hospital, LLC reserves the right to bathe pets prior to discharge at the owners expense if deemed necessary. For ANY extended stay of 7 days or more, the pet will be bathed at the owners expense.) If you request grooming/bathing services, expect to pick up your pet NO EARLIER than 3:00 p.m.
